Will…6 Months later. July 28, 2009

Filed under: babies, holiday park — Jennifer Cooney @ 11:22 pm

We took Will’s newborn pictures about 6 months ago or so. We had taken pictures of him in this oversized Colts hat and put a bottle in his hand. It looked like he had a late night out with the boys. But with his milk bottle…it was so cute.
Now the cute Colts hat fits him just right and he has only gotten cuter.

Shannon and her little guy came out to Holiday Park last night for a session. Will was amazing!

I love his cheeks and cute legs!

Thanks Shannon for coming out and having us do his photographs again! And Jonathan…enjoy these photos while you are away!

Enjoy the preview!

Yay…our first Triplets Session!

I have only photographed a set of triplets once…when I was the newborn photographer at the Community Hospitals…and that was years ago…and I didn’t get to do as creative things.

So I was really excited to get the call from Taryn saying she needed 1 year photographs of her 3 boys. These 3 boys definitely all have a their own distinct look and personality. I think they were quite amazing to hang in their for an hour for photographs. We had no crying really until the very end which in my book is a great accomplishment :-)

Taryn I can tell those 3 little guys are being raised in an amazing home and are so lucky to have their grandmas being a part of their growing up process. Thank you to all of you for helping out!

I hope you enjoy this sneak preview! I think we got some really sweet photographs.

Kail Joseph July 26, 2009

This little guy was 11 days old when I photographed him. And he was so alert.

I couldn’t believe how bright eyed he was and calm…He did not cry at all. He just hung out in whatever strange object or pose we put him in. He was such a good baby!

His dog is really sweet and she cuddled up next to him for a few photographs and that did not faze Kail in the least bit.

I hope you enjoy this preview! The rest will be up soon…

Four Kids…3 and under…amazingly wonderful!

I know how little kids are. I had one of my own I have photographed them for 12 years now.

…and I know I generally get about 15 minutes to work with them before they are totally finished with me.

I don’t know if it helped that cousins, Drew and Austin loved each other so much and were so excited to be around each other that the session worked so well, or if they are genuinely just wonderful. Whatever it was it worked out…(Lisa you guys might want to bring Drew to all the sessions with you haha )

Dew and Austin had on matching outfits and they kept remarking on their matching shirts. Whatever pose I put one boy in the other one wanted to do it. Drew was quite the talker and so so smart. He wanted to do some photographs with my camera which I am a sucker for and could never turn down a little kid wanting to try out his hand in photography. He wanted to know if he could have my big telephoto lens and he needed to know if I was sure I still needed my camera because he would like to have it.

Little boy Austin was so cute when he would go to put his hands in his pockets his shorts would come down. He is so little, like my daughter was, I thought it was really adorable. We found in the end it was easy to get him to smile. If we told Drew to make Austin smile, he would do really nothing at all but whatever it was seemed hilarious to his cousin and made him crack up…if only I seemed that hilarious to the toddlers :-)

You guys were so easy and wonderful to work with! I hope I got some images you guys love.

Thank you Lisa, Tony & Austin and Christina, Marc & Noah and Rob, Drew & Allysa!!!!

The rest will be up later this week!

Gretchen July 23, 2009

Gretchen laughed, she smiled and all of this as soon as her dad picked her up…

Kids are funny and smart and they like to mess with us :-)

We posed her and she was wonderful…no crying and just a tad more serious than the norm…and then Daddy would pick her up and she would hysterically laugh. Too funny…depsite her slightly more serious disposition during the session she looked adorable and we got some great photographs of her!

Welcome to Indy Jen, Josh, and Gretchen! I hope you enjoy you sneak preview

Addison

She is one of my favorites I must admit. She lets me hold her and she is such a funny little girl.

She was mesmerized by Tommy today and kept her eyes on him the whole time. Her Grandmother came today because we did photographs in her traditional Korean outfit..and she was our official ‘wardrobe department.’  I think it was beautiful!

I appreciate you bringing her back out today Paula and it is always nice spending time with you guys!

Caroline Grace

This 4 month old is so sweet! And we certainly tired her patience today…modeling headbands, made her be naked, made her wear dresses…then posing her in as many ways as we could think.

She was totally exhausted when we left and fell fast asleep I am guessing.

From what I have been told Austin, her brother is not a big fan of having his picture taken…and I know being with strangers usually makes it harder on the shy ones. However I think we got some adorable photographs of him and his baby sister.

I really loved Caroline’s room and could move in there. And her brother had a really awesome Cowboy room! It made for a really cool space to photograph in.

Thanks Erinn for thinking of us for her photographs! We look forward to seeing you guys again.
